Not just smart
My_SmartBottle is exactly what it says it is: a (very!) smart bottle. Using a sensor, indirect measurements are realised of your liquid intake. Through a linked app, an analysis is done of your liquid intake based on which your hydration can be managed.
Regardless of whether you're working out, working in an office, taking a walk in town… hydration is key! Water makes up to 60% of an adult's and 75% of an infant's body weight and performs crucial roles such as carrying nutrients and waste products between our major organs, helping regulate temperature, lubricating our joints and acting as a shock absorber. Water is essential. Hence, managing its intake is as well.
